We operate both commercial and residential properties in Florida for rental. In New Hampshire and Massachusetts we operate residential rental properties. Our current interests for new commitments are in the area of development or redevelopment. Interested parties are encouraged to contact us if you have compelling small to mid-size development projects in mind. Distressed properties that must be immediately liquidated are of interest since we have well-funded backers and can move swiftly – if the opportunity is compelling. In Florida our interests in making new investments are focused in Key West and its Key Haven neighborhood. In Massachusetts we are focused on the suburban Boston town of Lynnfield. And, in New Hampshire, we are interested in potential development opportunities around the northern portion of Lake Winnipesaukee, especially in Meredith and Moultonborough.

Jellicle rents out several residential properties including downtown (near Pepe’s and Turtle Kraals), in old town on United, and a waterfront canal home in Key Haven. In addition Jellicle manages the newest office building on White Street, a 5 minute walk from the White Street pier and the Atlantic with beautiful Smathers and Higgs beaches. In addition, on White Street, we manage several low income residential units (all new construction.)
